Hello world!! I am Chloe Fung, an ordinary Hong Kong girl who always with bizarre ideas; chasing goal with 10+ years professional pastry experience. Used to work for Michelin star chefs in HK and London, travel and work in different countries and restaurants.

Mad time is a milestone of my career to accomplish my thought of pastry art.
